Role Description This full-time on-site role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager, you will manage and implement SEO strategies, perform in-depth SEO audits, conduct keyword research, and develop effective link-building initiatives. You will also focus on leveraging web analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts and track SEO performance. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be integral to achieving impactful results. Qualifications * Experience in conducting SEO audits and analyzing technical SEO elements to improve website performance * Strong skills in keyword research, including identifying ranking opportunities and optimizing content accordingly * Proficiency in link-building strategies and techniques * Understanding and application of web analytics to measure performance and interpret data insights * Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly as they relate to digital marketing * Proven ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and industry changes * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable * Prior experience in e-commerce or working with international markets is an advantage

We’re expanding our marketing team and are looking for a PPC and Marketplace Performance Manager to own and scale our paid media efforts across Google, Microsoft, and key retail marketplaces. This role will lead strategy, execution, and optimization to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across performance channels. If you are deeply analytical, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love building scalable growth systems rooted in data, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will * Own paid media strategy and daily execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other performance formats as appropriate. * Manage and scale retail media across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Macy’s Media Network, and additional marketplaces as they are onboarded. * Plan, launch, test, and optimize campaigns with a focus on profitable growth, CAC efficiency, and revenue scale. * Build structured testing roadmaps across keywords, audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing experiences. * Monitor performance daily and diagnose issues quickly across bids, budgets, search term hygiene, product feed health, and conversion rate drivers. * Develop and maintain clear reporting dashboards and weekly performance insights that inform fast decision-making. * Partner closely with Creative, Ecommerce, SEO, and Product teams to align on promotions, PDP improvements, and seasonal tentpoles. * Improve account structure, automation rules, and optimization playbooks to ensure performance scales efficiently over time. * * We’re looking for someone who * 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing Google Ads at scale. * Proven ability to manage meaningful budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics like ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin. * Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, not just bottom-funnel demand capture. * Highly fluent in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA or GA4, product feeds, and Excel or Google Sheets. * Comfortable translating complex performance data into clear actions and recommendations. * Detail-oriented and process-driven. Small mistakes at scale are not acceptable. * Curious, proactive, and energized by testing, learning, and continuous optimization. * Clear communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally without hiding behind jargon. * Experience with retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Macy’s Media Network, or similar marketplaces.
